- Increase profitability on current programs for Lear Corporation.
- Develop, present and negotiate quotations for Engineering Changes.
- Close open commercial issues quickly and profitably while maintaining good relationship with OEMs.
- Manage past due and open collections in a Weekly basis.
- Make Sales presentations and Quotations for new business to OEM's.
- Ensure accurate pricing and invoicing.
- Understand and ensure to follow the process according to OEMs specifications and applicable specific industry standards.
- Single point of contact for OEM customers (purchasing, program, engineering).
- Understanding of automotive industry, Managerial accounting, Customer purchasing practices, Negotiation Skills, Bump chart develop.
- Functional Team Meetings
- Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business management or any related field.
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse management.
- Understanding of automotive industry, Managerial accounting, Customer purchasing practices, Negotiation Skills, Bump chart develop.
- Advanced English Level (bilingual)
- Availability to travel.
