Global CAPEX Control LeaderObjectiveLead the global and regional CAPEX planning, control, and analysis processes, ensuring alignment with the company's financial guidelines. Oversee profitability tracking, maintain key CAPEX databases, and drive governance initiatives. Serve as the main point of contact for CAPEX-related matters during integration phases.Main Responsibilities
  • Define Capex Budget on Global and Regional basis. Along with targets according to Company Financial Guidelines.
  • Track monthly Capex spending, consolidate and provide closing and forecast reports.
  • Consolidate, process and analyze Capex projections for 5YBP.
  • Manage Profitability Tracking report to keep accurate information on profitability of all products in the company.
  • Manage and update relevant Capex databases in order to keep them updated with latest information.
  • Manage programs on hold due to low profitability.
  • Lead Capex governance process including update and creation of guidelines.
  • Act as primary point of contact for Capex related matters during integration phase with GF.
Position Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Desired: Master's degree or specialization in Finance.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset, active listening, effective communication, customer orientation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in CAPEX controlling, strategic planning, and/or financial operations.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish.
