Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position is based in Queretaro, Mexico.

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.What you will doAs Intern - Continuous Improvement Printing you will:

Perform support activities related to Quality control and operational standards compliance.
These activities will be executed on a Flexographic production line
Learning about production process
Ensure implement action for TPM methodology in collaboration with line operators.

We believe you have

Be active student in the last 2 years (or less) of your college career.
Bachelor's degree or engineering degree: Industrial, Manufacturing or related.
Have availability to complete 1-year contract.
Advanced English & Spanish language level is a must
Nice to have intermediate Excel (Fx, Dynamic tables, macros) and Power BI knowledge.
Have availability to work 6 hours per day for the entire internship period.
Expected graduation date between May 2025 and December 2025.
