As an integral member of the SAP Basis team, the SAP Basis Administrator will provide administration support to all SAP and peripheral systems and participate in 24*7 production support.Your Role Accountabilities:Installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, monitoring and performance tuning and troubleshooting ofSAP S/4, SAP MDG, SAP BRIM, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP SRM, SAP SCM, SAP CRM, SAP LVM, MDM, Catalog, APO Live Cache/MaxDB, SAP GRC, SAP IQ, EP and Solution ManagerPeripheral systems such as OpenText, Go3i, PGP encryptionInterfaces such as printers, emails servers, Go Anyware/file dropsMaintaining and managing SAP Portal System.System copies and landscape synchronization.Manage backups and restoresManage and satisfy SOX and other audit controls.Effectively interface and collaborate with other infrastructure teams: server, storage and networking.Participate in on-call rotation.Stay abreast of SAP roadmaps, development and OSS notes to help improve current platform.Create and maintain team documentation leading to best practices, standardization and service desk support.Qualifications & Experiences:4 years of SAP Basis Administration experience.3+ years of experience working in a NetWeaver 7.0 or higher environment6 months experience in S/4HANA, BRIM and BW/4HANA, SLT environment6 months of experience supporting SAP in Cloud environmentExperience with multiple SAP components: as many as possible from the list above. Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA , SLT, SAP SCM, APO/Live Cache, SAP GRC, SAP IQ, SAP SRM, Portal, BTP, Fiori Launchpad, SAP CRM, HANAExperience with Enhancement Packages, ABAP and Java stack administration including system copies.Experience with HANA and/or DB2 Databases and Unix administration concepts as necessary for Basis work, including scripting in AWS Cloud and On Premise environmentAdequate interpersonal and communications skills both written and verbal to include translating complex technical issues clearly and precisely to both technical and non-technical partiesStrong analytical and technical communication skills.Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel, both in person and on the telephone.Must be able to pay close attention to complex detail and understand written and oral instructions.Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively.Must be able to work well under time constraints.Must be able to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities, communicating changes in scope and schedule to all parties concerned.Must be service-oriented.Must be able to work on specific task with required guidanceMust be able to work flexible hours, including possible overtime, when necessary.Must be able to maintain confidentialityD.
