**Eaton's Power Systems Division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our team.
**
The supply chain continuous improvement analyst will report to the SCM Continuous Improvement Manager supporting the development and execution of the supply chain function continuous improvement strategy, which includes deployment and training on the Eaton Lean System, Operations Assessment (OpA) and Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).

In this role, you will:
- Execute plans to improve materials management, logistics and procurement processes and results, Utilizing Eaton Business System (EBS).
- Support Supply Chain Business Process Improvement activities ( Rapid Improvement Events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S+, Boot Camps etc.).
Monitors and tracks performance improvement related to activities and implements process checks to ensure sustained performance.
- Work closely with Division Continous Improvement team to develop a roadmap for functional maturity in OpA & EBS.
- Support plant supply chain mangers in completing Eaton Business Excellence Assessment (EBEA) and Operations Assessment (OpA) related activities.
- Support select/critical On-time delivery, Inventory Optimization and Materials/ SAP Excellence projects for division and manufacturing facilities.
- Reviews and audits manufacturing facility supply chain processes to ensure process improvements completed and assessed in functional assessments are maintained.
- Deploy training, standard work and work instructions for various supply chain roles, ensuring development of SAP expertise in new and existing SCM employees.

**Qualifications**:**
Required (Basic) Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- A minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in Supply Chain role
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited institution.
- CPIM/ APICS Certification
**Position Success Criteria**:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Process focused with continuous improvement mindset
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio, Project)
