Develop and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS, tax, and corporate reporting requirements.
Create and present financial reports to senior management for decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes and month-end closing activities.Tax
Oversee and validate monthly tax calculations, ensuring compliance with each entity’s obligations.
Ensure the accurate and timely filing of monthly and annual tax returns, maintaining full compliance with all tax requirements.
Coordinate and support external audits and collaborate with transfer pricing specialistsPayrollCalculate, review, and validate monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, fiscal compliance, and proper payslip stamping based on HR submissions.
Support HR with employee registrations, terminations, salary modifications, and payroll-related approvals.
Ensure compliance with social security and labor authorities, including IMSS and INFONAVIT.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual salary budgets.Administration
Prepare working papers and manage internal invoicing, ensuring accuracy by cost center, compliance with Mexican tax requirements, and proper approval/payment processes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of company and inter-company invoicing obligations, providing prompt follow-up on requests or tasks.
Provide direct support to the supervisor on invoicing and related administrative responsibilitiesRequirementsMinimum Education, Qualifications, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in general accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (Contpaqi, Nomipaqi, ERP, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Teams, Excel, and Outlook (mandatory).
- Intermediate level of English as a second language
