Gordian Staffing, A New Way of HRWe focus on helping small and medium-sized enterprises in the United States and Canada to make business more accessible by offering specialized services and providing high-quality people solutions for those organizations, constantly growing and looking for better results in their markets.Our client is an all-encompassing real estate firm, specializing in assessing, analyzing, managing, and disposition of Manufactured Housing Communities. They provide full-spectrum services to various clients, including private owners, banks, local and national special servicers, and as court-appointed Receiver.Duties:Open Applications/PetScreening:
  • Assist with managing leads and prospects, ensuring accurate entry into CRM systems and assignment to sales representatives.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new sales team members, providing training on CRM systems and company policies.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Applications Administrator to ensure timely completion and review of applications.
ESA Assessment and Eligibility:
  • Determine eligibility for emotional support animals based on individuals' mental health conditions.
  • Assist individuals in obtaining necessary documentation from health professionals, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Stay updated on laws and regulations regarding emotional support animals and train team members on the ESA process and application submission.
Closing and Conditions Administration:
  • Prepare, maintain, and review sales-related documents and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as the central point of communication among all parties involved in transactions.
  • Oversee document collection and organization for transactions, ensuring all conditions and deadlines are met.
  • Ensure that the title is clear and that all necessary funds are deposited.
  • Maintain open communication with the buyer's lender to ensure that financing is progressing smoothly and that all lender conditions are met.
  • Coordinate the logistics of the closing, including selecting a suitable location, scheduling the date and time, and ensuring that all parties involved are aware of the details.
  • Prepare the closing statement or settlement statement, which outlines all financial aspects of the transaction, including prorated taxes, fees, and credits.
  • Ensure all necessary documents are prepared and ready for signature at the closing, including the deed, mortgage documents, and any required disclosures.
  • Coordinate the transfer of funds between parties and oversee the disbursement of funds as specified in the closing documents.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions, notes, and sales-related activities.
