About the Role
Our client, a leading and innovative provider of industrial solutions, is seeking a results-driven
Regional Sales Representative
to drive sales, market growth, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout their designated territory in Mexico.
This role combines direct sales, field service support, and client relationship management.
The ideal candidate will be skilled at maintaining existing accounts while proactively developing new business opportunities in a dynamic and fast-paced market.
What You'll Do
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing clients in both office and field settings.
Provide on-site service, troubleshooting, and technical support at customer job sites.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular visits and responsive service.
Identify new sales opportunities and create targeted strategies to secure new business.
Prepare and execute marketing plans with short- and long-term sales objectives.
Follow up on leads and referrals generated through field activities and campaigns.
Stay informed on products, services, and industry trends.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
Submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
Assist with collections and payment follow-ups.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in
outside sales
or
field service
(industrial or chemical markets preferred).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluency in English
Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the region (50%)
