Participation in International ProjectsTHE WORK‍ SAP Basis Administrator responsible for:️ Implementing, configuring, monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment
Handling Incidents , Service Requests , Changes , and Problem Management
Monitoring system availability , application performance , and database health
️ Managing major incidents and escalations
Performing problem resolution and applying corrective actions for Priority 1 incidents
Improving monitoring by addressing repetitive events and delivering permanent fixes
Creating and updating knowledge base articles to maintain consistency and quality
Providing internal communication during Priority 1 & 2 incidents
Enhancing system performance and conducting root cause analysisMandatory SkillsStrong experience with multiple SAP components — the more, the better!
Candidates should demonstrate proficiency across as many of the following as possibleHERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEEDExpertise in SAP modules: ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA, GRC, CRM, BOBJ, etc.Bachelor's Degree + 2+ years relevant experienceExperience with ITSM processes, agile methodologies, and build management️ Familiarity with cloud operations, provisioning, and support️ Exceptional communication and collaboration skillsAnalytical mindset, troubleshooting abilities, and technical writing¿
