- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and channel partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
- Manage communications between upper management and employees.

- Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices.
- Assist in the development of the training plans/materials in their accounts, training for physicians, residents and people inside hospitals, in services, beyond care tools
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on technical matters relating to the company products by conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one training sessions, in-service education programs, and seminars and/or outside symposiums. Provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel.
- Educate channel partners of his territory.
- Collaborates with the Territory Manager on business strategy and tactics at commercial level. Demonstrates mastery of all sales tools and programs available. Demonstrates a deep understanding of the competition’s strengths and weaknesses.
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
- Solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations.
- Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends.
- Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities.
- Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering / Economic Administrative careers
- English proficiency
- Experience in Private & Public accounts.
- At least 5 or more years of experience in sales with account responsibilities
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
