- Lead the development and launch of innovation projects, from concept to market.
- Design and execute 360° campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL) in collaboration with creative and media agencies.
- Analyze brand, product, and campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Lead the PR strategy and execution, ensuring brand reputation, align activities, impactful events, media relations and KPI tracking to strengthen visibility and engagement.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing roles within consumer goods.
- Proven track record in product innovation and campaign execution.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into business actions.
- Experience with Nielsen, Kantar, Brand Tracking, Power BI (preferred).
- Curious about the entire business value chain—from production to point of sale.
