- Define and execute the commercial strategy for Mexico, ensuring aggressive revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the Area sales team (Associates, Sales Managers, Catering, Executives).
- Expand market share across leisure, groups, celebrations, corporate segments, both B2B and B2C markets.
- Develop strategic partnerships with luxury travel consortia, agencies, and LVMH Maisons.
- Develop annual sales forecasts and plans with monthly and quarterly objectives, and establish a monthly sales report outlining all key achievements.
- Work in collaboration with the Area Director of Marketing and Marketing team to ensure resources are available to deliver the Sales Plan.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
- 7–10 years of senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving market share growth.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Strategic thinker with ability to execute hands-on when required.
- Extensive network in luxury travel segment (consortia, agencies, HNWI).
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
