Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.About the roleSupport sourcing operations by managing supplier accounts, resolving invoice holds, and optimizing procurement processes. The role focuses on communication with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring timely payments and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:As an Associate, Commodity Management & Sourcing, you’ll be responsible for:

Communicate with purchasing teams and suppliers regarding invoice holds and payment issues
Analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies using ERP systems
Maintain supplier account status and ensure timely processing
Support automation and process optimization initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve KPIs and sourcing efficiency
Participate in continuous improvement projects
Analyzes price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to help determine reasonable prices.
Researches suppliers to ensure that the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply are met.
Researches and consolidates buyer/market profiles to ensure database is administered and kept up to date.

RequirementsWe are looking for people who are Associate, Commodity Management & Sourcing. If this is you, get in touch.As a minimum you must have:

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Administration, or related fields (LNI, LRI, LAE, IMA).
At least 6+ months of experience in Sourcing and Commodity areas.
Understanding of invoice and payment processes
Knowledge of fiscal processes and commodity management.
Advanced English (Mandatory)
Root cause analysis
Microsoft Excel
SAP
