- Closely Monitoring production and non-prod applications through ControlM and backend.
- Schedule change requests. Need to co-ordinate with concern teams during the change window and provide the support on non-prod deployments as well whenever needed.
- Password renewals, Creating CR and follow up with concern team during Change window.
- Need to keep an eye on service now tickets (SCTASKS, Incidents) Based on priority need to take necessary action. P3/P2 tickets should be resolved in an hour.
- Monitor portals and reports on daily basis
- DB access requests, DB backup/restore requests, Data transfer requests
- Weekly servers reboots and Monthly servers reboots
- Batch file execution, Scripts execution from backend
- 4–6 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or IT Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Control-M (scheduling/monitoring).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management.
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server, including querying, data analysis, backups, and restores.
- Experience executing scripts and batch files in production and non-production environments.
- Ability to analyze job/process failures and provide temporary or permanent solutions.
- Experience coordinating change windows and deployments with development and operations teams.
- Strong incident management skills, including prioritization and resolution of P2/P3 tickets within SLA.
- Knowledge of server reboots, monitoring portals, and daily/weekly reports.
- Proven ability to analyze job failures and provide effective technical resolutions.
- Experience in developing and implementing work-around solutions for service restoration.
- Ability to recommend code changes to application teams.
- Solid understanding of database performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with root cause analysis.
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
