Position Overview:The Learning Technology Lead I will be responsible for delivering against McCormick’s HR Technology strategy. Will work closely with SAP/SuccessFactors to act as a subject matter expert. The Learning Technology Lead I will also be responsible for training other team members on the systems and data.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead/manage strategic HR projects that have an impact on the MySuccess Platform.
  • Collaborate with IT and instructional teams to identify and implement best practices.
  • Optimize learning platforms and tools.
  • Work closely with other team members to identify and correct potential data or technology issues.
  • Support process improvement initiatives for learning activities such as registration, reporting, assessment completion.
  • Act as primary Administrator of the MySuccess Platform.
  • Provide timely support to learners and instructors. (KR3).
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Completed bachelors’ degree in HR, IT or related business field.
  • 2+ years of experience using SAP SuccessFactors.
  • 2+ years of experience across core HR processes, training and development.
  • Experience as a SuccessFactors system administrator.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment responding to challenges with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to deliver.
  • Ability to demonstrate analytic credibility with stakeholders.
  • Problem solving abilities to ensure employees have successful resolution of their issues.
  • Experience working in a high volume, shared services environment.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
