- Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for multiple roles-from intake to offer-across several LATAM countries.
- Partner with HRBPs and Hiring Managers as a trusted advisor on profiles, market insights, and interview best practices.
- Source creatively (job boards, social, networks) and run structured assessments that raise the bar.
- Champion a memorable candidate experience and our employer brand in every interaction.
- Keep our process data-driven-maintain accurate ATS records (SAP SuccessFactors) and use dashboards to spot bottlenecks and improve.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field; 2+ years full-cycle recruiting (multi-country a plus).
- Fluent Spanish and Portuguese; strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Tool-savvy: SAP SuccessFactors, HireRight, MS 365, MS Teams.
- Organized, curious, and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed, multicultural environment.
