- Responsible for the entire project(s), start to finish, you are the project(s) leader.
- Manage the bidding and construction phase of the projects by distribution of the bid packages to contractors, scheduling pre-bid conferences, and organize and review the contractor bids to present to client.
- Provide construction phase services as construction management in coordination with the Senior Project Manager.
- Reviewing contractor construction documents, reviewing daily and prepare weekly reports, leading the weekly construction meetings, reviewing contractor submittals and engineering drawings, tracking the construction schedule and reviewing estimate payments.
- Lead the weekly meetings to constructions sites.
- The expectation is to manage the contractor on all issues related to the job site. Coordinate the inspections on site works focus on time, cost, quality, codes, and safety, according with the engineering and submittals approved, during the entire construction process.
- Review the follow up of the delivery of ending documents and as-built drawings.
- Knowledge of construction management based on PMI.
- Experience in major earthworks and infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of industrial developments preferred.
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an architectural related program.
- Preferred minimum of 5 years of experience within the field of industrial site supervision.
- Strong computer and written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Experience in the use of Procore, Newforma, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams experience is preferred.
- The ability to speak in English and Spanish (Public speaking) in front of small to large groups of people is preferred.
- Leadership of small to larger project Teams.
- Knowledge of local and international construction codes.
