- Responsible for the evaluation of surveys, along with record keeping, in accordance with the Quality Records Control Procedure.
- Develop and maintain Quality Assurance programs, specifications, procedures, and equipment to meet customer specifications, and Howmet's quality requirements.
- Responsible for applying the quality system procedures used during the wheel machining process and ensuring that the procedures are followed correctly.
- Coordinate any quality and improvement issues.
- Responsible for completing flow charts, exchange controls, FMEA, APQP's and PPAP's.
- 8. Responsible for maintaining and monitoring the SPC, including data entry, reporting, analysis and reaction.
- Responsible for FPY, Scrap and Rework performance and trend rate and action plan.
- Responsible for the review and disposal of any non-conforming or suspicious material in accordance with the Non-Conforming Material Procedure.
- Responsible for the follow-up of the A3, pending issues.
- Participation in internal audits, corrective processes and problem solving.
- Responsible for compliance with the ASAT protocol to the assignee.
- Directly responsible for the coordination and conduct of the meetings of the interface team of the Quality Department, within the process area.
- Assist as necessary in the completion of various Documentation of the Quality Department.
- Assist, as needed, on Quality issues in accordance with the Quality Planning Instructions.
- Fulfill the functions and responsibilities of the ISO14001 defined standard P-0227.
- Implement, establish and maintain the environmental, health and safety policy.
- Know and maintain environmental, health and safety aspects and significant environmental, health and safety aspects.
- Responsibility and authority to reject material in the event of a bad suspicion of product quality.
- Authority to escalate any quality-related issues to management
- Participate in policies, guidelines, directives and strategic objectives. * Maintain operational controls of machining operations.
- Suspend an activity, when environmental emergencies are identified or occur that expose workers and contractors to unsafe conditions or acts and notify Senior Management.
- Suspend an activity when there is an imminent risk or an impact on Health, Safety
- Basic knowledge of cutting tools, clamping fixtures, inspection gauges, drawing specifications, CNC programming,
- GD&T, Basic Tools, ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditor, Customer-Specific Requirements
- Institutional Induction, training related to the determination of training needs.
- Safety, Quality and Environmental Training related to your Process
- Basic statistics, AMEF VDA, DG&T, Core tools, Auditor training
