- Workplace Setup: Responsible for small-scale renovation and transformation projects of multiple workplaces, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery of projects.
- Daily Operations: Handle daily operations of multiple workplaces, external communication, apartment management, contract management, and other related matters.
- Procurement and Suppliers: Manage daily administrative material procurement, including supplier bidding, supplier evaluation, and performance assessment.
- Expense Management: Verify bills and make expense payments; possess awareness of expense and cost control, capable of controlling office expenses to ensure compliance with budget and quality requirements.
- Respond quickly to and handle daily office affairs and employee needs. Assist with other headquarters-related matters.
- At least 5 years of administrative management experience, with priority given to candidates who have experience in office renovation management and supplier management.
- Fluent in English, able to communicate smoothly with international teams and local parties; Chinese proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
- Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively managing multiple stakeholders.
- Have strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities, able to respond to emergencies and work in complex environments.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to quality and details to ensure work quality and efficiency. Possess a team spirit and positive work attitude, able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and accept communication across time zones.
