**The team you'll be part of**
Work with EMS, R&D, Program Management, Procurement and Quality groups to bring new products to market, help to build quality into the product by driving continuous improvement into the design and assembly processes.

As part of our team, you will:
NPI - New Product Introduction
- Bill of Materials and Assembly Drawing validation and approval
- Assembly tooling reviews, approval and validation
- Proto readiness
- Support first build
- Post build reviews follow up with issue resolution
- Yield monitoring and continuous improvement
Quality
- Coordinate and active participant in regular Quality Working Group
- Problem solving, issue resolution and corrective action
Sustaining
- Audit EMS for Technical requirement
- Write and/or approve ECO's and Deviations
- Metal qualifications for new vendors
- Field return - failure mode analysis and drive corrective action
**Your skills and experience**
You have:
Required skills
- Education - Mechanical Engineer, Technician, Technologist, Electronic or relevant/related discipline
- 10 years' experience in electromechanical assembly, PCBA and mechanical assembly
- Microsoft - Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams
- Valor odb++ viewers, Creo and Mini Tab
- Excellent written and oral communicator
- Fluent in English
