Maintenance Electrical EngineerObjectiveEnsure the reliability, availability and safety of the plant's electrical systems and equipment, through the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, as well as the efficient solution of failures. The role directly contributes to operational continuity, reduction of unscheduled downtime and optimization of maintenance costs.Main Responsibilities
  • Execute and improve preventive and predictive maintenance plans in electrical systems (motors, panels, transformers, drives, PLCs, etc.).
  • Analyze recurring failures and propose technical solutions that guarantee the reliability of electrical assets.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and corporate standards.
  • Manage improvement and innovation projects in electrical infrastructure and automation.
  • Provide technical support to operatives and maintenance technicians in the solution of complex faults.
  • Participate in the definition of maintenance strategies based on performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability).
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors specializing in electric services.
  • Document maintenance plans, reports, and analysis to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.
Position Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Career: Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
  • Experience in automotive maintenance is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience in Operations / Maintenance; Maintenance Planning & Control
  • At least 2 years of experience in Automotive Industry, Aluminum Handling and Manufacturing Industry
  • Skills: Leadership, Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills, Communication, Teamwork.
  • Proficient English
