- Streamline documentation processes and ensure compliance with supplier regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all paperwork adheres to internal policies and external legal requirements.
- Manage in our MRP system the purchase requisition, purchase order and vendor onboarding process.
- Supervise internal fleet operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper administration of corporate vehicles.
- Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events, ensuring flawless logistics and a positive participant experience.
- Coordinate engagement events, hobbies, large-scale meetings, client events, leadership symposiums, and Kaizen events.
- Supervise vendors and resources required for event execution.
- Actively participate in operational logistics.
- Plan, track, and control the engagement budget.
- Design and create event communications, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- Experience in logistics management and corporate event organization.
- Vendor management and standardization.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (experience with Canva and survey tools is a plus).
- Knowledge of travel and living management systems (CONCUR experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with supplier regulatory compliance processes and documentation management.
- Strong coordination skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
- Highly proactive individual with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
