- Creation and monitoring spot sales orders
- Responsible for ASN activity, send, track and acceptance of them
- Responsible for samples shipments operation
- Responsible to maintain customer and supplier OTD according KPIs objectives
- Responsible to request production schedule adjustment in order to achieve customer requirements fluctuations
- Responsible to keep updated in daily basis the "Criticos" report
- Keep finish goods inventory level according company objectives
- Maintain customer contact list updated
- Managing of finish goods cycle counts with accuracy of 99.9%
- Manage customer packaging
- Responsible to supply raw materials tracking and checking the MRP runs evaluating right data
- Degree in administration, international trade, industrial or engineering career or demostrate proficiency based technical experience to interview with HR or Line Manager.
- Desirable 3 years managing accounts of OEMs (Ford, Chrysler, GM) as customer servce
- Customer knowledge (expectations, specifications, platforms, processes, etc.). Customer issues management (backlog, complaints, etc). Supplier issues management (backlog, complaints,etc.). Customer plataforms: GM FORD, FCA, VW TIER1. SAP MM, SALES, PP, ASN, Impor-Export, CTPAT, Covisin, EDDL, Esupplier connect, Logistic principles (customer call-offs, material planning, production planning, BOM, ERP, warehousing), Sistemas de abastecimiento y surtimiento de materiales: Kanban, pull system, VPS, one piece flow, PEPS
