Description:Responsible for auditing groups, weddings and conventions before arrival, during and after, in order to have proper functioning of processes, both internal and with clients, and guaranteeing a correct account closure for each group in a timely manner.Qualifications:Racking documents and general information before the group arrives.
Contract review.
Monitoring of advance deposit schedule, established in contract.
Correct application of charges to master account
Application of payments in the system
Daily audit of the group account during the stay.
Final Group Account.
Monitoring of commission payments and application of the Zero Rate tax incentive.
Precon meetings are attended and if possible, the account will be reviewed with the client to avoid any confusion at the time of the final account.
Banquet checks loaded into the master account (Opera) that travel through the Envision system are reviewed.
All attendees' documents (Passport and Immigration Form) are reviewed to determine whether the Zero Rate tax incentive applies.
The Zero Rate tax incentive is calculated if applicable, which grants a 100% reduction in VAT on rooms and meal plans for foreign groups that come to the hotel to celebrate a convention.· Must speak Spanish
