- Leads production teams and painting plan activities to achieve strategic operational goals and promotes organizational values to ensure a suitable work environment.

- 3 to 5 years of experience as a group leader in Operations.

- Knowledge of products, manufacturing and assembly processes, and quality.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Analytical ability, excellent judgment, decision-making, negotiation, persuasion, and people-orientation.
- High level of motivation and problem-solving.
- Ensure, together with the IE Manufacturing and Production Teams, that we have the quality and capacity required for flawless and continuous operation.
- Promote good health and safety practices and behaviors.
- Participate in the different phases of new product development.
- Ensure the smooth introduction of new parts to be painted in E-coat and powder coating, guaranteeing safety, quality, and productivity.
- Rigorous execution of all our processes.
- Manage the planning of daily activities, compliance with the production schedule, equipment repair, and inventory.
- Train and develop the knowledge of your Team.
- Promote the organization's objectives with your team through BRPMS tools.
- Apply a lean manufacturing mindset, for example: SMED, 5M, TPM, Poka Yoke, 5S, OPT, 6 Sigma projects, visual workflow management.
- Ensure the team keeps the paint plan clean and in good condition.
- Follow up on the event meeting.
- Prevent any potential failures to ensure the best product for our customer.
- Optimize production downtime.
- Reduce waste and expenses in manufacturing by implementing appropriate follow-up.
- Inform the organization about production issues.
- Perform safety-related activities
- Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by your superior.
- Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) established for your role in relation to ISO 9001:2015.
- Comply with safety rules determined according to your role.
- Complete planned training sessions related to Quality and Training in a timely manner.
- Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
