Lead solution architecture and design for CRM implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Coordinate activities across design, coding, testing, and deployment of applications built on Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
Prioritize and evaluate enhancement requests to improve and expand CRM and application capabilities.
Guide engineers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely design, build, and delivery of applications, infrastructure, and middleware components.
Ensure solution and requirements documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
Oversee project rigor in planning, reporting, and delivery of development cycles and small projects.
Implement best practices for user experience, platform configuration, license management, and business processes.
Collaborate closely with project managers and developers to ensure solution delivery meets business needs.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in solution architecture and business analysis.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience with CRM implementations from design through deployment.
Proficiency in Microsoft ecosystem tools (Office 365, Power BI, Azure).
Proven ability to align technology solutions with business needs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired

Experience balancing BAU enhancements with new project initiatives.
Knowledge of license management and platform governance.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Languages

Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
