- Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers: Serve as a strategic partner with recruiters and hiring managers in designated departments or business units to source qualified candidates for a range of positions, leveraging cost-effective methods and adhering to company policies, procedures, and processes.
- Lead Intake Calls: Conduct intake meetings with recruiters and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of role requirements and establish effective recruiting strategies.
- Develop Recruiting Plans: Create and implement recruiting and sourcing strategies to meet the staffing needs of assigned business units or departments.
- Create Job Postings: Draft, publish, and optimize job postings to effectively advertise open positions.
- Candidate Engagement: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and other innovative tools to identify and engage passive candidates, generating interest in IQVIA’s mission and opportunities.
- Conduct Application Reviews and Screenings: Review applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates' work history, education, training, job skills, and salary expectations.
- Support Diversity and Compliance: Champion diversity initiatives and ensure compliance with local and regional hiring guidelines and procedures, particularly in relation to applicant tracking.
- Monitor Market Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and talent market dynamics to advise hiring teams on sourcing strategies and candidate expectations.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of candidate interactions and progress in both the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring alignment with our hiring goals.
- Analytics and Reporting: Leverage data to track sourcing success, measure effectiveness, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior Talent Search recruiters, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth and ensure consistent high performance across the team.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Previous experience in a Talent Search, or Recruiter role is essential.
- Ability to screen candidates in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities with stakeholders at all levels.
