- Compile and analyze data to generate reports that provide insights into support operations and customer satisfaction.
- Create and design presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the team and enhance productivity.
- Organize and manage tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Communicate updates and important information effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field of study; and / or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a technical support environment.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity topics.
- Experience with report generation and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Intermediate-advanced English proficiency, oral and written.
- Strong communicator and negotiator, analytical, results-oriented, customer-oriented, a strong time manager, autonomous, honest, and empathetic, strong focus on helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
