Support all safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for all associates and Delivery Service Providers
Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and implement Lean tools
Analyze operational metrics and develop strategies to improve performance
Mentor and develop junior managers, fostering their growth and enhancing team capabilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with team members through effective communication and empathetic leadershipSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be part of the Amazon Logistics Team, responsible for the day-to-day management of the delivery station, overseeing operations that focus on delivering Amazon orders directly to customersLead a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Providers in daily management of the delivery station, including meetings, training sessions, assigning job duties, and communicating with DSPs, including management representatives and their driversEnsure a safe workplace, properly trained personnel, and address team needs so they can focus on their jobs
Coordinate operations both within the facility and for on-route activities

Route shipments within the AMZL coverage area
Support and assign job duties to process assistants
Adapt to sudden changes and growth according to operational necessities
Track & monitor sorting operation and driver dispatch
Stand and/or walk an average of 5 miles dailyBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Completed Bachelor Degree
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- English and Spanish Fluent
- 3+ years of general experience
