- Monthly follow-up of strategies with each line of business (bimonthly measurement to review results) and prospect management, considering the weekly load in the regional / measurement system. Keeping the pipeline updated and filling the file with the recovery accounts by line of business.
- Timely communication of our subscription appetite and differentiated value proposition during the different meetings with each broker including
- Weekly review of the main accounts to be renewed, and main new business accounts.
- Develop strategies and plans to increase participation and profitable growth with international/global brokers to meet financial goals.
- Increase the satisfaction of our customers compared to the previous year (NPS)
- Maintain and develop business relationship with appointed brokers and other related business partners
- Identify prospects and major pipeline in LOB according to sales strategy and brokers segmentation
- Initiate and organize events, seminars, trainings and other promotional activities for brokers to increase our new business and reinforce the relationship with them
- Experience in reinsurance market, in reinsurance intermediaries such as: Marsh, AON, Reasinter, Willis, Lockton, Crest, THB Etc.
