
Influencer Marketing Specialist - US

- Identify and secure relevant collabs and sponsorships per product line and market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with celebrities, influencers and creators in US.
- Develop creative briefs, content guidelines, and deliverables aligned with brand campaigns.
- Manage influencer contracts, payments, and database through CRM platforms.
- Coordinate influencer participation in launches, events, content production sessions and peak campaigns.
- Oversee campaign execution and content QA to ensure on-time and on-brief delivery.
- Monitor and report performance using key metrics such as EMV, reach, ROAS, and attributed sales.
- Design and optimize scalable and attractive compensation structures for creators.
- Continuously scout new profiles and audit existing ones for relevance and performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other inner and external teams to align strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Advanced/Native English (spoken and written).
- 2–3 years of experience managing influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or PR.
- Proven experience negotiating influencer contracts and compensation models.
- Proficiency with influencer management/CRM platforms (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Kolsquare, or similar).
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing KPIs (EMV, ROAS, CPA, ER, attributed sales).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, formulas).
- Experience running international influencer campaigns (US).
- Hands-on experience coordinating influencer participation in events and product launches.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Social Media Analytics.
- Knowledge of Paid Media and performance marketing.
- Genuine passion for wellness, fitness, and plant-based or overall nutrition (to better connect with athletes and coaches).
