- Support the successful execution of all A&T area activities for TMF clients, ensuring that work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop strong relationships with clients while enhancing TMF's solid reputation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, while being decisive, firm, and empathetic with clients.
- Follow the delivery guidelines established by the group to support recurring business.
- Ensure accurate and concise communication with clients, seeking support from your Senior when necessary.
- Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the accounting information received.
- Maintain proper presentation and administration of documentation related to clients.
- Extract financial information from legal documents and process relevant records and entries.
- Draft key documents according to legal requirements for sales, expenses, fixed assets, inventory items, and review them with the
- Semi Senior or Senior for validation and approval.
- Prepare monthly supporting analysis for all balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare the balance sheet and income statements, along with all accounting reports and documents required by the client.
- Comply with legal and corporate deadlines for each client.
- Provide assistance and analyze information during legal or internal audits.
- Support the payment process, acting as the first review filter to confirm that the RDC process has been executed correctly and according to payment instructions.
- Support general team administrative activities, including scanning, filing, and coordinating document signatures.
- Work closely with other teams within TMF Group.
- Adhere to TMF's internal procedures and ensure compliance with TMF's Risk and Control framework and processes. This includes always following the four-eyes principle.
- Assist with resolving Know Your Customer (KYC) inquiries.
- University's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 5-6 years of experience in a similar outsourcing firm;
- Excellent knowledge of Local GAAP & Tax compliance; knowledge about US GAAP/IFRS would be considered a plus;
- Experience in people management or provable/visible leadership skills;
- Resourceful, independent and strong problem-solving abilities;
- Analytical structured mind set with ability to follow and build upon existing processes
- Proficiency in MS Office package, along with experience of local accounting ERPs;
- Advanced or proficient English;
- Excellent written and communication skills, in English and local language;
- Strong team-playing skills;
- Quick-learning and flexibility towards changing environments;
- Excellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment.
