Conduct routine maintenance on machinery, including troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and implement lean manufacturing practices.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
Utilize materials handling techniques for effective management of raw materials and finished products.
Document production data, including machine performance and quality metrics.
ExperienceProven experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly with logic controllers and CNC machinery.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and materials handling processes.
Experience with press brake machines is a plus.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
Previous exposure to plastics blow molding processes is advantageous.
