**Responsibilities**:
**Job position's aim**:
Management of the production process for the fulfilment of the established Safety, Quality and Productivity objectives, through leading a team of people, managing resources, communicating effectively, monitoring indicators and seeking continuous improvement.
**Main responsabilities**:
- Prepare and update the statistical reports of the process and share it with interested persons.
- Follow up on the findings of non-conforming product made by the quality area, in order to comply with production standards.
- Carry out tours of the production floor to supervise the development of activities, detect unsafe conditions or acts, and resolve situations that arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the same position, at least 3 years
- Intermediate English
- Ability to lead and communicate with your team
- Analytical thinking with a focus on safety risks
