- Help establish and analyze new model’s market and business research to generate insights and identify marketing target opportunities (both B2B and B2C) and prospect targets that drive business growth. Help develop an analytical reporting process and framework for this evolving business unit.
- Conduct and analyze primary and secondary research to develop actionable insights and data driven stories. This includes monitoring competitor announcements, financial reports, and analyst research to build a comprehensive understanding of market strategies, offerings, and performance.
- Analyze website usage data and generate comprehensive reports to integrate insights with business transactional data, driving informed decision-making and strategic planning
- Regularly prepare and present global technology market trends and competitive opportunities with research from market analyst firms to global leadership, key stakeholders, and customers.
- Develop, execute, and maintain market research reports and PowerBI dashboards to visualize market and business data.
- Understand and manage the relationship between Eloqua and Salesforce, ensuring seamless data synchronization and field mapping.
- Identify and troubleshoot system integration issues, recommending innovative solutions to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with the Global New Models Marketing team to maintain lists and contribute to overall marketing database hygiene. Identify opportunities for list automation.
- Optimize business reporting in PowerBI, define key performance metrics, and prepare relevant dashboards and PowerPoint to share results with the marketing team and senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience with marketing data, business data, data storytelling, data visualization and data governance, with a preference for PowerBI.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (PowerBI) and CRM systems (Salesforce). Understanding of data governance, data integrity, and relational databases.
- Strong abilities in data management and project management.
- B2B and B2C marketing background with detailed knowledge of business data and marketing processes.
- Experience working with market research analyst firms finding trends, forecasts and bringing research back to leadership teams.
- General knowledge of email and database compliance, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.
- Collaborative, enthusiastic about data and marketing, and up-to-date with industry trends and tools. Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude who has experience building out new offerings. Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in the technology industry is preferred. Experience working for a technology vendor or distributor a plus.
