As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Salesforce & Enterprise Application Administrator to join our team!The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our mature Salesforce instance, as well as overseeing related critical enterprise applications. This role is integral to ensuring seamless operations, driving business process improvements, and supporting cross-functional teams with technology solutions that enable growth and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.   • Manage and maintain the Salesforce environment, including user setup, security, reports, dashboards, and data integrity.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, automation, validation rules, and page layouts.
  • Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and tools.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Oversee, configure, and maintain additional enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CPQ, marketing automation, and other SaaS platforms).
  • Evaluate and optimize system integrations, ensuring data flows seamlessly between applications.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to assess needs, implement enhancements, and ensure user adoption.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training sessions, knowledge base articles, and documentation.
  • Participate in technology roadmap discussions to align enterprise applications with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards across all systems.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Experience managing additional SaaS enterprise applications (ERP, marketing automation, etc.)
  • Salesforce Certification (Administrator required; additional Developer, Consultant, or Architect certifications preferred)
  • Strong understanding of data management, reporting, and system integrations.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred:
  • Experience with NetSuite, HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira.
  • Experience with middleware/integration tools (e.g., Celigo, Workato).
  • Basic knowledge of data migration tools and APIs.
  • Familiarity with IT project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Exposure to cybersecurity and compliance best practices (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR).
