  • Managing and coordinating agendas and calendars for the senior executives
  • Organizing national and international travel arrangements
  • Preparing and submitting expense reports
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings and follow-ups
  • Gathering and organizing documents and information required for mandatory process reporting
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization abilities
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role or administrative capacity
