Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field (preferred)Experience:
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-end or specialty dining outlet, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent guest service and interpersonal skillsFinancial acumen and budget managementKnowledge of international cuisine, wine, and beverage serviceAbility to handle high-pressure service situationsProficiency in restaurant POS and inventory systemsFluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
