We're inviting you to be a cornerstone of our continuous drive for excellence, where your influence will go beyond operations to truly shape our success.Your responsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring accurate and timely customer order fulfillment while generating insights and reports that support continuous improvement in service performance. This role combines operational execution with data analysis to enhance decision-making and drive service excellence for the US market.
  • Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from order entry to delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams (planning, logistics, sales) to meet customer service level agreements
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure order accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Generate periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to monitor service performance and key metrics
  • Analyze historical and current trends to identify risks, opportunities, and patterns
  • Track and monitor KPIs, ensuring accurate measurement and communication
  • Propose new or adjusted indicators to improve performance evaluation
  • Maintain and update dashboards and databases used for reporting and analysis
  • Prepare executive presentations with key findings and data-driven recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to customer service processes
The experience we're looking for- Substantial experience in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain, continuous improvement, data analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related
- Advanced level of English.
