Ticket backlog tracking.
Activity scheduling through the Change Advisory Board.
Leadership, administration, and staff coordination.
Conducting client presentations, generating KPIs, and monitoring infrastructure and information technology projects.
Leadership in the equipment and accessories warehouses.
Focus of activities is primarily data analysis and reporting.
