Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege.About the roleThe IT&D Platform & Solutions Manager facilitates the build and maintenance of high-performing, fault-tolerant, secure, and scalable platform services that satisfy customer needs. They adhere to business and technical standards, polices, and procedures throughout the delivery lifecycle. They help to develop self-service models for easy service consumption by Product Teams, ensuring each service considers the developer experience (Dev-Ex). They work with other Platform Team members (e.g., Platform Owner, Technical Analyst, Integration team members) to ideate software solutions and implementing it by leveraging relevant developer and tester toolsets.Your responsibilities

Liasing with technical staff and external stakeholders generally on technical support topics.

Coordinate activities related to troubleshooting and problem resolution topics - including facilitating teams involved.

On a daily basis could keep facilitating some work of the Nutrition Platform Engineering team as well as the Nutrition Integration team. Could triage incoming tickets and requests (for assignment purposes).

Coordinate the development of monitoring solutions, analysing service level performance, and providing alternatives to resolve issues

Facilitate the implementation of automated and manual test scripts with documented results

Assisting with governance processes (e.g. architectural review board activities), technical assessments, and technical documentation

Participant in vendor/new technology selection processes

The experience we're looking for

Knowledge and understanding of platform services and associated tools

Strong knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security guidelines, and architecture standards

Understanding of platform engineering, automated deployment, and continuous integration

Technical Skills & Experience:

Exceptional understanding of application development methodologies & infrastructure and network architecture
Technology neutral: remains unbiased toward any specific technology or vendor choice, and is more interested in results than personal preferences
Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
Strong experience in developing/configuring the technology components underpinning the platform (e.g., Azure, MuleSoft)
Knowledge of CI/CD and associated tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker)
Nice to haves: Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, M-Query (Power Query), Windows batch

The skills for successLanguages:

Advanced Business/Tech English language capabilities (read/write/speak) is a must as this is the defined common communication basis to execute this role across the globe

Nice to haves:

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, M-Query (Power Query), Windows batch commands, Web Services (REST APIs), SQL, NoSQL, and database related topics, standard dev tools (e.g., GIT, Maven)
Knowledge of Docker, DevOps methodology, cloud solutions (AWS), Salesforce portfolio (e.g., Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud), Shopify, and ContentStack.
