Project ManagerWhat you'll do:
  • Planning and execution of activities/phases from Machine Build Buyoff Process (SOW, Kickoff, PDR, FDR, Doc Review, Kit Complete, Assembly, Controls, Team Buyoff, Safety Buyoff, etc) • Managing Machine forecasting database & updates related • Managing MDS, L2L and standards follow up • Financial reporting related to the project budget (Financial weekly review) • Request, Follow up and Approval process related to quoting internal and external equipment build. • Follow up of progress on internal and external builds according to needed timeline. • Follow up on purchased and tooling items related to equipment build with Procurement area. • Equipment build and validation progress reporting and internal escalation process. • Equipment build and validation status report to CFT (weekly) and to management as requested. • Coordinate and follow up BOM generation process to export equipment build by machine build dept. • Managing MECR's received for internal and external equipment (receipt, quote, purchase order, follow up) • Escalate critical issues on Regional Escalation Approval Forum (REAF) • Coordinate BO1 and BO2 plans between production plants and MTT. • Support activities related to CAPEX request along with Production plant New Launch Team. • Support activities related to Line Design Workshop. • Participate in improvement projects and root cause analysis • Represent machine build departments in meetings and agreement forums (CFT, REAF, PFT, etc) • Encourage and motivate standard and process adherence among functional teams.
What is required:Engineering Bachelor Degree in related to Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, and/or Mechanical disciplines. • 1-3 years of experience a) Automotive Industry • English (80-90%) Spoken and Written • Willingness to work after hours as required. • Willingness to travel frequently. • Microsoft Office • Outlook • Able to communicate with upper management • Good presentation skills • Negotiation SkillsWhat's in it for you:
