- Serve as a strategic HR advisor and trusted coach to business leaders, offering expert guidance on performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Design and implement HR policies and programs that enhance employee experience, engagement, and productivity across business units or regions.
- Leverage HR analytics to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and deliver data-driven insights that inform executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize and execute HR initiatives that support long-term organizational objectives.
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, promoting cross-functional collaboration with Centers of Excellence and positioning HR as a strategic business partner.
- Drive change management efforts by developing and deploying effective strategies and tools to support the rollout of HR programs and organizational transformations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fluent English
- Working Knowledge in Mexican Labor Laws
- Working Knowledge in collaborating and negotiating with unions
- Deep understanding of business operations, financial principles, and strategic planning.
- Ability to translate business needs into HR strategies and solutions.
- Proficient in analyzing complex situations, evaluating alternatives, and making sound decisions.
- Skill in applying structured decision-making frameworks and consulting with stakeholders.
- Exceptional ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Adept at presenting compelling business cases and fostering alignment.
- Demonstrates authentic leadership, emotional intelligence, and the ability to inspire teams.
- Apply situational leadership styles to drive performance and engagement.
- Expert in advising leaders on HR strategy, compliance, and employee relations.
- Manages multiple HR projects and consulting engagements with agility and impact.
- Designs and leads talent development programs, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Coaches’ leaders on identifying and nurturing high-potential talent.
- Master´s Degree in Labor Employees

- Location: Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas Facility
- This position will require travelling 15% working time (Domestic and International).
- Valid Travel Visa and Passport
