You'll be key in driving project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while navigating challenges and stakeholder expectations.What you will do- Lead and manage complex software development projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Implement and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members in project management best practices.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including presenting project status updates to senior management and clients.What we are looking for- 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically in software development.
- Proven experience in delivering software projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with risk management and change management in projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Basic IT infrastructure and software architecture knowledge.
- Experience in resource allocation and team management.
- Familiarity with project reporting and documentation standards.
