- Provide end-to-end customer support for HR related inquiries via phone, email and HR portal; escalate cases where guidance or clarification of policies and procedures is required.
- Provide excellent customer service while adhering to defined standards and Global Data Privacy rules.
- Perform customer-related data gathering.
- Identifies key issues and patterns from partial conflicting data.
- Actively identify improvements according to LEAN ways of working and participate in LEAN process improvement activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Call Center experience, or related.
- Strong in verbal and written communication skills.
- Can consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner; able to meet deadlines.
- Knowledgeable of HR processes, systems, and policies; ideally experienced with Benefits/Human Resources/Payroll.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish, English.
