Your work will directly support Carrier’s financial reporting and internal control objectives, helping us maintain compliance and deliver high-quality results. You’ll collaborate with internal and external partners to streamline processes and support critical projects that impact our global operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Accountant, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Performing and reporting on specific RTR activities (mainly Intercompany) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Supporting internal and external audit activities through control reporting
  • Delivering analytics and insights for RTR-related projects
  • Managing balance sheet activities and reconciliations
  • Following accounting policies, procedures, and control processes to ensure compliance
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external business partners
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial results, monthly closing, and compliance activities
  • Confirming procedures and controls align with US GAAP and corporate policies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
  • Experience with Intercompany accounting
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • Experience working in a multinational environment
