- Serve as the KPI Owner, overseeing the analysis and simulation of supply chain metrics to enhance pipeline efficiency and support U.S. Supply Chain strategies, including risk assessments and capacity planning.
- Lead service level reporting to global Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams, conducting root-cause analysis and communicating findings to local business units.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as Case Fill Rate, OTIF, Service Level, Obsolescence, and Inventory Days of Supply, while establishing standard reporting practices and executive updates.
- Prepare presentations and analyses for the Supply Chain leadership team to facilitate risk anticipation and informed decision-making.
- Strategic Support and Analytics:
- Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership to conduct root-cause analysis and develop key performance indicators that inform tactical projects addressing critical supply chain challenges.
- Manage the creation and implementation of Supply Chain and Shared Site Level KPIs, ensuring alignment with global directives and business strategies.
- Design and implement efficient reporting solutions, including dashboards and scenario planning tools, to enhance supply chain management.
- Act as the primary contact for SCM reporting systems, partnering with IT and OCI for system improvements and error resolution.
- Develop and promote best practices for supply chain performance monitoring applicable at both regional and global levels.
- Enhance data-driven decision-making by improving existing reporting capabilities through automation and the integration of machine learning algorithms.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Supply chain management, Logistics, Planning, Business or a technical discipline
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on supply chain metrics and performance improvement.
- High proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, SAS) for advanced data analytics.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView for data visualization and reporting.
- Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS)
- Understanding of supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, OMP).
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to integrate core business processes.
- Skills in automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, UiPath) for streamlining data processes.
- Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., VBA, Python) for custom data solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in supply chain management or analytics is preferred.
