Their operations are designed with the foundation for managers to have the time and freedom to devote to their associations.We are looking for a AR Clerk to support the following activities:

Take phone payments from homeowners.
Card Payments processing.
E-check processing.
Educate homeowners on their available payment options.
Support on online payments.
Mailing checks to the appropriate lockbox.
Answer questions that homeowners may have regarding their balance.
Translate calls from Spanish speakers to English staff.

Work Schedule:Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 18:00 CSTNOTE: if selected, you must attend the GDL or CDMX offices on your first day.Benefits:

After the first 3 months, we add the following:

High School diploma.
1 year of customer service experience. Preferrable in call centers.
Experience with data entry
Feel comfortable talking on the phone.
Advanced/ Similar to native verbal and written English skills
