The Cost Optimization Program Leader is responsible for leading the portfolio of cost reduction programs and projects for the Advanced Access Devices (AAD) Platform, ensuring continuous cost improvement without compromising product quality or customer experience.Job DescriptionFunctions and Responsabilities:Manage Cost Excellence programs across the OEM network and Reynosa manufacturing site. Collaborate across all functions and regions of the AAD business to ensure projects meet cost targets and BD requirements. Partner with the Commercial team to define cost-per-unit targets for each product family. Identify the future state for each product with the required cost, capabilities, and structure. Track cost efficiency across OEM components and BD manufacturing costs. Propose BOM changes to improve cost and profitability. Develop a pipeline of ASR projects/programs to ensure cost targets are met or exceeded. Demonstrate clear accountability for operational, financial, and program success. Exhibit leadership, learning agility, and action orientation in the face of uncertainty. Contribute to a culture of innovation by generating ideas to improve processes and reduce costs. Act as a change protagonist within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, aligned with the strategic priorities and business needs.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or Engineering (graduate degree preferred). 4–7 years of progressive experience in Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement. Demonstrated experience with all phases of the Design Control process:
- Demonstrated understanding of the requirements management process, experience in developing design inputs, design verification strategy and implementation.
- Demonstrated understanding of project risk management methodologies.
- Understanding of manufacturing process validation including FAI/FAT, process development and IQ/OQ/PQ
