Their operations are designed with the foundation for managers to have the time and freedom to devote to their associations.We are looking for a AR Clerk to support the following activities:Take phone payments from homeowners.Card Payments processing.E-check processing.Educate homeowners on their available payment options.Support on online payments.Mailing checks to the appropriate lockbox.Setting up ACH.Answer questions that homeowners may have regarding their balance.Support with different inquiries (violation fines, fee waivers, maintenance, etc.) on the phone.Translate calls from Spanish speakers to English staff.Work Schedule:Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 18:00 CSTNOTE: if selected, you must attend the GDL or CDMX offices on your first day.Benefits:Law benefitsComputer equipmentMajor medical insuranceChristmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo)After the first 3 months, we add the following:Minor medical insuranceFood vouchers (10% of the gross salary).Restaurant tickets of $2,052Saving fund (8% of the gross salary).Requisitos mínimos :

High School diploma
Around 1 to 2 years of experience working in a similar role.
Tech savvy in making payments and explaining the ledgers' information.
Feel comfortable talking on the phone.
Advanced/ Similar to native verbal and written English skills
